VOLUNTEERS ENTER YOUR TUTORING and/or NON-TUTORING HOURS ONLINE……   Form for reporting Tutoring Hours   Submit a separate form for each student.   Form for reporting Non-Tutoring Hours such as meetings, student interviews, publicity, grants, newsletters, non-tutoring travel time, fund raising, e-mailing regarding LVSSC, financial tasks, phoning...in other words, anything besides tutoring that you do to benefit Literacy Volunteers .   You may either submit your hours at the end of every month or submit reports for two months at the end of August, October, December, February, April, and June on the same bi-monthly schedule as paper reports. A word of caution, when typing on the form, avoid hitting the Enter key. Hitting Enter is the same as clicking on the "Send Hours" button at the bottom of the form. If you accidently submit a partial or incorrect report, start over and click the "Corrected Form" box. If you are a tutor and also perform other volunteer functions, you will need to submit both forms below. After you hit the "Send Hours" button, a summary of your submission will appear on the screen which you may want to print or save on your computer.   If you have any questions about these forms or problems using them, contact Sandy McIntyre 412-0107 or sandymac @ comcast.net (without the spaces).   Unfortunately, the form cannot be submitted using an Apple computer.
